To perform a BaZi 八字 chart reading, ZenCode asks you to provide:

• Name (used to personalise the reading report; not used for identity verification)
• Gender (determines the direction of Luck Cycle 大運 calculation)
• Date and time of birth (the core input for Four-Pillar 四柱 calculation)
• Place of birth (used for True Solar Time 真太陽時 correction)

We do not ask for your email address, phone number, national ID, or any data that directly identifies you by name and contact details.

Your submitted data is used for:

• Chart Calculation: Real-time computation of Four Pillars 四柱, Nà Yīn 納音, Twelve-Phase State 地勢, and Bone Weight 稱骨 directly in your browser
• AI Reading: Sending the computed results to our backend API to generate your personalised reading via an AI language model
• Advertising: This site uses Google AdSense. Google may use your browsing behaviour to serve personalised ads

We will never sell your birth data to third parties or build individually identifiable user profiles from it.

ZenCode does not persistently store your personal birth data. Once a reading is complete, that data is not saved to any database on our end. All API requests are transmitted over HTTPS.

ZenCode uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdSense: Advertising platform. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites.
• Google Fonts: Font delivery service; may log IP addresses for font requests.
• Google Gemini API: AI language model used to generate the reading text. Your computed chart data (no personally identifiable information) is transmitted to Google servers via API call.

Since we do not persistently store your personal data:

• Access & Correction: Your data is only used during the current session — you can edit the form at any time
• Deletion: Closing or refreshing the page clears all input data from the session
• Portability: You may save or screenshot the reading report displayed on your screen
